New Client Onboarding Generator

Fill in the order details below. This tool will generate the onboarding package and customer reply, upload them to Folio, and give you everything you need to send to the consultant.

Consultant Information

Enter the details of the consultant who brought in this order.

So we can track who processed this onboarding.
This is the email the consultant wants used for this specific client's account. May differ from their primary.

Client & Company Admin

Enter the client company name and the person who will be Company Admin. The Company Admin will be able to invite the rest of their team once their account is set up.

The person at the client company who will be the Company Admin.
This person will receive the admin account and can then invite other users.

Copy this into the support ticket. Includes the reply to the consultant and the email template they can forward. Also saved to Folio for reference.

3. Platform Overview Link

Include this in the customer reply. The consultant needs to be logged in to H+A to view it.

Stage 1 — Send the Onboarding Info (You Just Completed This)

  1. Verify the Folio URL works by clicking the link above. (If upload failed, download the file and upload it manually.)
  2. Open the support ticket and paste the customer reply (Part 1 only — the top section).
  3. Check the dashboard below to verify the new order appears in the onboarding history.
  4. Wait for the consultant to forward client confirmations back to support@simpleacademy.ai.

Stage 2 — Provision the Account (After Confirmations Come Back)

Once the consultant forwards the client's written confirmations to support@simpleacademy.ai and says "approved," a Super Admin needs to:

  1. Log in to humansplusagents.ai as Super Admin.
  2. In the left sidebar, go to Tenants → Create Tenant.
  3. Enter the Company Name and the Admin Email (whoever the client designated as Company Admin).
  4. If the consultant was authorized, add their account to the new tenant with the confirmed role.
  5. Handle welcome emails per the consultant's preference (auto-send or hold and provide passwords).

Note: We only need to create the tenant and the Company Admin account. Once the Company Admin has access, they can invite the rest of their users themselves: Log in → Company Admin (left sidebar) → Users → Invite Users (upper right). Include this in the onboarding package so they know how.
